RMA POLICY:
- Return for Credit is only allowed within 10 days of
invoice date. A 20% restocking charge may apply
- All Original parts must be returned complete and in
resell able conditions
- Cross shipment must be returned within 10 days or
your account will be billed
- The RMA number is valid for 30 Days from date of
issue. Returned items without a valid RMA number will be refused.
- If we do not have the item in stock, we reserve the
right to hold the defective parts up to 30 days for repair

- Fill out this RMA.doc
Request Form and fax this form back with a copy of the
original Invoice
- We'll verify the RMA request and fax this form back
with the assigned RMA number or the reasons for denial
Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of EACH
RETURNING BOX and enclose a COPY OF THIS REQUEST
