TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

PAYMENT:  Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms listed on the front of your invoice.  An interest charge of 1.75% per will be added to past due accounts.

DELIVERY:  Unless otherwise noted, delivery will be made F.O.B. HODGES CO.MPUTERS, INC. (continuing on these terms and conditions of sale as Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.) to be paid by purchase.  Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery by Hodges Co.mputers to common carrier.

SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL:  All software sales and Special Ordered products  are final.  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  will not refund money or exchange any software purchased.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT:  If you have any problems with a product you have purchased from Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  we urge you to contact our technical support staff before deciding to return the product.  We are here to help you and will do so in every way possible.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION:  In order to obtain service on your equipment, an RMA number must be obtained from Hodges Co.mputers, and the product must be returned within 10 days, in order to take advantage of the RMA policy, you must:

a.        Contact Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. at (918)342-8979 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number

(RMA#).  You MUST provide the original invoice number, shipping date, serial number, description

of complete item(s) being returned and reason for return.

b.     Return of the product, freight prepaid, with a copy of your original invoice (Proof of Purchase).  Write   

         the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box and on mailing label.  We would appreciate getting a

         complete or detailed description of the problem.  Items returned must be received by Hodges

        Co.mputers, Inc.  in like-new condition in their original packaging.  Included with the return product must

        Be all manuals, cables and accessories originally shipped.

BE SURE TO CLEARLY MARK THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND   ENCLOSE  a copy of  RMA Form, and Original Invoice, OTHERWISE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.

FREIGHT COLLECT OR C.O.D.  RETURNS WILL ALSO BE REFUSED.

        Restocking Charge:  If  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. accepts returned merchandise, there will be a twenty

        Percent (20%) restocking charge-unless Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  has made other arrangements.  Any

        Merchandise returned or exchanged must be approved by Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  ABSOLUTELY NO

        REFUNDS On Software, or special Ordered Items.

NOTE:  We request that all items returned be tested prior to shipping at your end.  If we find that the product is not defective you will be responsible for all shipping charges.  (If Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. does not have the item in stock at that time, we reserve the right to keep the defective merchandise from one (1) to thirty (30) days for repair or exchange.)

Any dispute or legal action arising from this transaction will only be entertained within the jurisdiction of the OKLAHOMA COURT SYSTEM.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

All Products carry a 1-year warranty, except were noted otherwise, and with the exception of Unboxed CPU's which carry a 30 day warranty sold by Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. all remaining warranty is obtained from the manufacturer .

Our Systems Carry a 1 year Parts and  Labor warranty. In this period Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. warranties this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.  This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stresses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from Hodges Co.mputers Inc. .  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc. shall not be liable for damage to painted surfaces or keyboard keys due to physical abuse, or excessive use, or liquids, or chemicals spilled upon or inside the system, including oxidation or corrosion to components caused by exposure to salt air.

The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as a result of:

1.        Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.

2.        Misuse, neglect or improper environment.

3.        Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than a Hodges Co.mputers, authorized service center.

4.        Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges, or other irregularities

5.    Software Issues are not covered by warranty.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES:  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  will assist dealers in the repair or return of products covered under the warranty upon request.  Hodges Co.mputers, Inc.  in no way claims responsibility for these products or their warranties.
