ADVANCEMENT CEREMONY
THURSDAY, MAY 17TH
Don’t miss this Pack Meeting! All of our Scout’s have worked hard thru the year working towards their Tiger, Wolf, Bear or Webelos level badge! Now is the time for them to advance to the next level of Cub Scouting. Part of our ceremony will require each boy to have his scarf and tie slide for the next level. The list of uniform prices for your scouts next level is attached. Please place the scarf and tie slide in a plastic baggie with your scouts name and give to your den leader several days prior to May 17th. This will insure that all boys will have theirs for this special ceremony.
Also if you have not yet completed all the requirements for your level badge you need to have this done by May 16th and let you den leader know. I need to have a list of all scouts who have completed this no later than 10 p.m. May 16th so that I can have time to purchase the badges.
Cub Scout Day Camp applications are due to me at the May Pack Mtg. Please make checks payable to Pack 187. I have to turn in all the forms together with one check from the Pack account. If your son sold popcorn he has “popcorn credit” and that amount is listed at the bottom
of this newsletter. We need adults to volunteer to -work Day Camp. If you are interested please call me and let me know - 343-1472.
Our Cake Bake was a huge success!!! We had 18 cakes entered and from the auction our Pack made $419.00! Brandon Jenkins won the Best Theme Cake award and his cake sold for a whopping $111.00. Way to go Brandon!
